The CPS has developed and put up for public discussion forms, checklists (lists of questions) for use in conducting scheduled inspections of individual legal entities and individual entrepreneurs. The checklist includes a list of issues to be met by a legal entity, individual entrepreneur of compulsory requirements that are the subject of verification, designed to optimize the activities of the bodies of state control (supervision) during the audit, and increase of legal literacy of businessmen.

The draft order of Rospotrebnadzor contains:

1.The form validation list (list key test questions) used by officials of territorial bodies of the Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human well-being while conducting a scheduled inspection with the purpose of the Federal state sanitary and epidemiological supervision over observance of mandatory requirements in industrial enterprises (Annex No. 1);

2.The form validation list (list key test questions) used by officials of territorial bodies of the Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human well-being while conducting a scheduled inspection with the purpose of the Federal state sanitary and epidemiological supervision over observance of mandatory requirements in the stationary organisations of rest and improvement of children (Appendix 2);

3.The form validation list (list key test questions) used by officials of territorial bodies of the Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human well-being while conducting a scheduled inspection with the purpose of the Federal state sanitary and epidemiological supervision over observance of mandatory requirements in educational organizations (Annex No. 3).
