The number of foreign medical personnel wishing to work in Russia has tripled over the past four years. The head of Roszdravnadzor Mikhail Murashko said in an interview to “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”.

And hardly will occur in the future, salaries of pharmacy organizations is not so attractive.”

According to Elena Nevolin, often foreigners, workers of drugstores, can be found in the border areas, many come to work “in shifts”. It is not always the border area are interested in the frames from neighboring countries. So in Omsk, where it is logical to expect the inflow of workers from Kazakhstan, has its own University, which prepares specialists, and problems with the staff no, on the contrary, there is oversupply. The situation is similar in Pyatigorsk.

In Moscow have an interest in HR, but plenty of financial difficulties. Thus, wages in the retail segment in the capital and the regions, in fact, equal. If there is a difference in 10 – 20% in favor of Moscow, the housing and the cost of the food basket is much higher than in the regions.

Do not go to foreigners in those regions where the strongest staff shortages.

“Severe staffing situation on Sakhalin and in Yakutia, where the existing pharmacy employees have long exceeded the retirement age but cannot retire because there is no inflow of young specialists. Unfortunately, these regions do not go to work neither the Russians nor foreigners,” – sums up the expert.
