Eat a cucumber, a pickle washed down with — yummy!

Pickles for the first time
based on 3-liter cans
Salt — 2 tbsp.
Sugar — 5 tbsp

How to make pickles for the first time:

Pickles with lemon
Ingredients for 1 quart:
Small cucumbers (how many fit in a jar, about 0.7 kg)
1 slice of lemon
4 garlic cloves
2 sprigs of dill
2 Bay leaves
1 Bud of clove
0.5 h spoon mustard seed
3 peas of black and fragrant pepper
For the brine: 1 liter water, 150 grams sugar, 40 grams of salt
Fill Cucumbers with cold water for 3 hours, then carefully wash and cut the ends.
Put all the spices in the sterilized jars, then put the cucumbers and fill the cans with boiling water, leave for 20 minutes.
Then drain off the water and measure its amount, if necessary, add warm boiled water to the desired volume.
Dissolve in this water sugar, salt and add a slice of lemon.
Pour the hot brine cucumbers and roll, turning upside down.
No need to wrap, let cool at room temperature.
“Winter king” — a salad of cucumbers for the winter (sterilization not required!)
The beauty of this salad is that it even in the winter will preserve the taste and aroma of fresh cucumbers, if just plucked in the garden.
Cucumbers — 5 kg
Onions — 1 kg
Dill (optional) — 300 g
Vinegar 9% — 100 ml
Sugar — 5 tbsp
Salt — 2 tbsp.
Black pepper (peas) — to taste
Cucumbers rinse well, soak for 1 hour in cold water.

Prepare the jars, wash and sterilize them in the oven. To do this in a pan pour some water, put cans in the oven at 150ºC for 15 minutes. Cover boil in water for 10 minutes.

For the marinade:
Water — 1.5 liters
vinegar 9% — 180 grams;
sugar — 1 glass;
salt — 2 tbsp;
6 tbsp chili ketchup.

Put cucumbers in sterilized jars.

Boiling marinade pour over cucumbers, roll up the jars.
Overturn jars upside down and wrap it up in two days.
