Your perfect summer diet!
Breakfast: fruit salad, glass of juice (it’s better if it will be the citrus), low-fat cottage cheese (to make it tastier, you can crumble in cheese and fruit).
Lunch: baked zucchini, toast, glass of juice.
Lunch: sauteed zucchini, steamed meat or fish, green tea.
Snack: fruit salad, a glass of low-fat yogurt.
Dinner: vegetable ragout with zucchini, green tea.
Second dinner: drink a glass of low-fat yogurt or yogurt or eat some fruit.
Important: pate as much as possible of water – so water removes everything that hinders us.
