Use instead of Breakfast.
Ingredients (for one serving):
1 medium kiwi;
2 ring lemon (with zest);
7-10 sprigs of parsley;
6-8 sprigs of mint;
100 ml of pure non-carbonated water;
1-2 tsp of honey.
1. Clean and cut into 4-5 pieces of kiwi, send in the bowl of a blender.
2. There send two thin ring of lemon (with zest) and parsley.
3. Now add mint leaves and honey.
4. Add water, grind into a puree. Ready!
