Some experts believe that heavy daily consumption of bread is rather unfavorable to the health of modern humans than useful.
Scientists said that the most valuable part in the processing of cereals for making bread contains the bran, – but they, alas, they usually do not enter into the composition of bread products. Often the bread is prepared from wheat flour, are almost completely devoid of all vitamins and minerals in the production process.
Bread from flour of highest and first grade is almost devoid of any health benefits of people who do not suffer from malnutrition. It is a combination of starchy and protein components, which is not good for the body, because it becomes too heavy a burden for the pancreas and prevents normal digestion.
In addition, the composition of bread are yeast, baking soda, salt, sugar, and other additives, and used the bread often in illegible combinations – all this clearly diminishes the benefits of its use, the researchers said. In their opinion, the frequent use of the product at the level of three to four times per day may bring more harm than good.
“We used to eat a lot of bread every day, but this habit should be eliminated,” – gave advice to doctors.
They are also advised to avoid frequent consumption of cereal products in combination with products of animal origin.
“In order to digest dietary proteins, you need a lot of vitamins C and group B. Bread and other protein foods should be eaten with vegetables, herbs, juice with rich vitamin composition,” was the opinion of the experts.
