If the rollers and the bike is not your topic and run you will not even after departing the bus, still the risk of wounds and abrasions can not be completely excluded. Because you can just stumble. Or accidentally run into a rusty nail. Or if someone accidentally pushes. Even a small wound can be dangerous, because if there will get contamination, it can result in tetanus or sepsis.
Changing dressings. Conventional dressings changed 1-2 times a day. This should be done very carefully, in any case not a jerk, not to injure the wound. If the bandage is stuck, soak it can be poured on top of the hydrogen peroxide solution or just boiled water.
Today, pharmacies sell special dry sterile wipes are already impregnated with antiseptic. They need to soak in water and apply on the wound. Thanks to the sticky ends they are securely fixed, but it does not stick to the wound. These products can be changed less frequently – every 2-3 days (but only if the bandage goes down, stays dry and not making a suspicious smell).
Apply gels and ointments. While the wound is moist, it is possible to apply tools for healing only in the form of a gel or spray – greasy ointment will only hurt the process. But when the wound dries, you will need the ointment. But if over time the wound began to redden, burn, throb, swollen and began to hurt more or it appear purulent plaque, then joined in the infection, and then need to see a doctor for prescription of an antibiotic.
